About Appletree Answers

To say we are an “answering service” or “call center” would be an injustice to our employees and Customers. Also, describing us a “company” or a “firm” wouldn’t be right either. We like to think of ourselves as a team of people who are dedicated to providing a unique service and experience to businesses and people….and have fun doing it! When a mother calls about her sick child and needs to speak with the doctor, we are there with a calming voice. When a loved one calls a hospice to report the passing of a family member we are there with an empathetic voice, When someone calls to obtain pricing or order a new product or service, our team is there with enthusiastic and appreciative tone.

Or when someone just calls a business to make a routine inquiry, we answer with a friendly voice and a smile! When our Customers have internal challenges, we are able to answer at a moment’s notice so that their business is not halted or harmed. We work with and for our Customers to ensure that we represent their organizations with pride and respect. We take a genuine interest in their business beyond just “answering their calls”. We serve to assist our Customers with all manner of Customer inquiries, including responding to emails, regular mail, faxes, and even web-based chat programs! By being 24/7/365, we allow our Customers to enjoy their time and make the most of their personal lives, without worrying about losing business and risking their livelihood as a result. Yes, on paper, Appletree is a largely successful, growing call center, answering service, and full customer support solution for businesses around the clock. However, we aspire to be more than that. We are a team, whose purpose is to simply impact lives for the better in every way imaginable, one interaction at a time.
